400 Grove Street
Glencoe

Overlooking the 6th hole of the Skokie Country Club, this home was designed to take advantage of the spectacular sunset view. The charming Tudor style was intended to relate well to the roots of golf course architecture. Crafted of antique Chicago common brick, the structure is anchored to the site with brick garden walls forming an entrance court. The three gables reduce the scale of the home to acknowledge the charming streetscape. A rear terrace with fireplace expands the home into the gardens.
